Jaime completed her undergraduate degrees in Molecular Biology and Genetics at the University of Guelph in 2007, and in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College in 2010. Jaime has done continuing education courses in Mulligan Concepts of the Upper Quadrant (Jack Miller), and Level 1 Manual Therapy with the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy, as well as First Responder and Health Care Professional level CPR courses. She has been actively involved with many different sports team throughout her education and post-graduate employment, including men’s Varsity hockey and baseball (University of Toronto), Intermediate AA (Burlington Barracudas) and midget AA women’s hockey (Oakville Hornets), Junior A and Senior B men’s lacrosse (Six Nations), and all levels of club rugby (Oakville Crusaders); where she provided immediate on-field assistance and care, prophylactic taping, as well as clinical assessment and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries. In her spare time Jaime enjoys being active with yoga and the gym, reading, volunteering at the Humane Society, and spending time with friends and family.

Sabitha is a licensed physiotherapist to practice in the province of Ontario and member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association since 2004. She has completed several post- graduate courses which include Clinical Manual Therapy with Orthopedic division, McKenzie Method, Mulligan Manual therapy, Active release technique and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. She has also finished Medical Acupuncture programme from McMaster University, 2005. Her achievement in patient care includes detailed initial assessment to determine the root cause of their problem, followed by treatments including hands-on manual therapy, education, and a customexercise program. During her practice period she has been able to blend and tailor her treatments to be patient specific, whether it is pain based, function based or supreme health and well being. She has successfully helped patients recover from a wide variety of injuries including Vertigo, dizziness, back / neck injuries, Concussion, sports injuries and pelvic health issues confidently. Sabitha has always believed in applying Functional Movement Screening (FMS)while assessing and treating various orthopedic and sport injuries and holds a special intrest in injury prevention and rehabilitation for the athlete and arthritic poplation. She is also certified in Functional Good Life with Osteoarthritis GLA:D) programme and successfully helps arthritic population Sabitha wants to perceive Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach in her treatments and will continue to attend courses, conferences and symposiums to stay up to date on the latest evidence based practices in this field.

Montana is a college graduate from the Health, Wellness and Fitness program at Mohawk College. She extended her education by attending the University of Guelph-Humber and completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology. She has always enjoyed working in customer service and has a serving job on the side that has been ongoing for 5 years.

He received his Diploma in Acupuncture and Doctorate in Alternative Medicine in 1999 from the Open International University of Complimentary Medicines & Medicina Alternativa. Bill is currently an instructor in the Massage Therapy Program at Ontario College of Health and Technology, having 10 years of experience teaching various modules in Massage Therapy and Acupuncture. Bill has been a member of the Restore Physio team for over 3 years, both Massage Therapy and Acupuncture here in Oakville as well as the sister clinics in Burlington and Hamilton.
