Tim is a graduate of the Masters of Physiotherapy program at D'Youville (MPT). He is a Registered Physiotherapist and member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Tim began his academic career by completing his Honours degree in Kinesiology at York University. He also holds a degree in Geography from York. Tim has subsequently furthered his continuing education successfully completing the Level 1 Manual therapy at the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy, Part 1 of the Certificate of Anatomical Acupuncture from the Academy of Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (AFCI), Orthotic courses (Orthotic Group), Soft tissue release (Jim Bilotta), SFMA, LILT (Meditech), Shoulder Complex (APTEI), SI Course Part 1 and 2 (APTEI), and Kinesiotape course (KTA). He is also a Certified Arcon Evaluator. He is married with two beautiful children who are his pride and joy. Most importantly he is bald but is OK with it.
Jaime completed her undergraduate degrees in Molecular Biology and Genetics at the University of Guelph in 2007, and in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College in 2010. She then pursued her Master's of Science in Physical Therapy at McGill University, which she completed in 2018. Jaime has done continuing education courses in Mulligan Concepts of the Upper Quadrant (Jack Miller), and Level 1 Manual Therapy with the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy, as well as First Responder and Health Care Professional level CPR courses. She has been actively involved with many different sports team throughout her education and post-graduate employment, including men’s Varsity hockey and baseball (University of Toronto), Intermediate AA (Burlington Barracudas) and midget AA women’s hockey (Oakville Hornets), Junior A and Senior B men’s lacrosse (Six Nations), and all levels of club rugby (Oakville Crusaders); where she provided immediate on-field assistance and care, prophylactic taping, as well as clinical assessment and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries. In her spare time Jaime enjoys being active with yoga and the gym, reading, volunteering at the Humane Society, and spending time with friends and family.
Oleksiy Gulenko, also known as "Al" is a graduate of Ontario College of Health and Technology.
In addition to being an RMT, he is a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and a former Orthopedic Doctor from Ukraine. He used to work at hospitals and sport injury clinics treating the patients and developing injury prevention programs.
Besides the conventional Western medicine, he studied Japanese culture and oriental approach to health and healing.
His treatment is a unique combination of techniques based on his experience working in Orthopedic and Sport injury clinic and spa setting.
He performs :Fujii-Seitai therapy, General Swedish Massage, Trigger point Therapy, Myofascial Techniques, Deep Tissue Massage, Sport Massage, Strengths and Stretching, Joint mobilization technique, Relaxation massage and Acupuncture.
Jordan graduated with distinction from Concordia University in Exercise Science, specializing in Athletic Therapy. Jordan is currently an active member of the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association and Ontario Athletic Therapy Association. He has also completed level 1 reconditioning course and certified as a reconditioning specialist.
As a certified athletic therapist, Jordan evaluates and rehabilitates various musculoskeletal injuries in the clinic to ensure a fast and safe return for his clients. He uses specific manual techniques and rehabilitation exercises to help his clients not only return to their regular daily activities, but also greatly improve their lifestyles in the long-run. Jordan also specializes in on-field emergency care and off-field injury management for athletes of all levels. He has worked with different sports such as rugby, football, soccer and basketball, which enables him to think quickly on the field and treat a variety of injuries accordingly.
Jordan is an easy-going and patient person. He enjoys working with a variety of people and is passionate about helping others regain their highest level of performance and further enhance their abilities.
Desiree is a Certified Athletic Therapist and First Responder who graduated with a High Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences (Athletic Therapy) from Sheridan College. She has experience with various sports and age groups; ranging from curling to rugby, amateur to professional athletes, and 8 year olds to 80 year olds. She has played many sports herself including hockey, soccer, tennis, volleyball, flag football, and was also an athlete on the 2017 MIFA All Stars Women’s Tackle Football team.
Desiree believes in a holistic approach to therapy using manual techniques combined with patient education and individualized exercise prescription. From experience she knows that it’s a therapist-patient team approach to long lasting recovery. She’s committed to achieving every individual’s long term personal goals to return them to or beyond their pre-injury state.
Desiree is also the primary custom bracing technician and will assist you with any bracing needs!
Bill is both a Massage Therapist, registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and an Acupuncturist. He is a graduate of the Sports Injury Program at Sheridan College and has over 18 tears of experience working with Sports Injuries, including 8 years as the Head Athletic Therapist at Seneca College in Toronto. He received his Diploma in Acupuncture and Doctorate in Alternative Medicine in 1999 from the Open International University of Complimentary Medicines & Medicina Alternativa. Bill is currently an instructor in the Massage Therapy Program at Ontario College of Health and Technology, having 10 years of experience teaching various modules in Massage Therapy and Acupuncture. Bill has been a member of the Restore Physio team for over 3 years, practicing both Massage Therapy and Acupuncture here in Oakville as well as the sister clinics in Burlington and Hamilton.
Iwona has over 15 years of Customer Service Experience in a variety of positions.

Sabitha Yarlagadda is a licensed physiotherapist to practice in the province of Ontario and member
of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association since 2004. She is a member of Orthopedic and Pelvic
Health divisions through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She has completed several post-
graduate courses which include Clinical Manual Therapy with Orthopedic division, McKenzie
Method, Mulligan Manual therapy, Active release technique and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. She
has also finished Medical Acupuncture programme from McMaster University, 2005. Her
achievement in patient care includes detailed initial assessment to determine the root cause of their
problem, followed by treatments including hands-on manual therapy, education, and a custom
exercise program. During her practice period she has been able to blend and tailor her treatments
to be patient specific, whether it is pain based, function based or supreme health and well being.
She has successfully helped patients recover from a wide variety of injuries including Vertigo,
dizziness, back / neck injuries, Concussion, sports injuries and pelvic health issues confidently.
Sabitha has always believed in applying Functional Movement Screening (FMS)while assessing and
treating various orthopedic and sport injuries and holds a special intrest in injury prevention and
rehabilitation for the athlete and arthritic poplation. She is also certified in Functional Good Life with
Osteoarthritis(GLA:D) programme and successfully helps arthritic population
Sabitha wants to perceive Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach in her treatments and will
continue to attend courses, conferences and symposiums to stay up to date on the latest evidence
based practices in this field.
Amanda graduated from Sutherland Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2004. Amanda has year of experience in prenatal, MFR, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue and hot stone massage techniques. She has a passion for health and wellness and applies general and advanced techniques to help with recovery from injury and preventative and ongoing care. Her goal is to create the safest and most effective massage treatment for each client based on their health and personal goals.
Tabitha has been working with DSD since January 2019. She has over 10 years of customer service experience in a variety of retail/administrative positions. When Tabitha is not working she is often reading a book, and spending quality time with her hubby and 2 cats. She is very excited to continue her journey with DSD for many years to come.
