  • Patrick moved from Milton to the Thunder Bay area after being accepted into the Kinesiology program at Lakehead University. During that time, he played varsity soccer for four years and devoted much time to academics and volunteer opportunities. It was during this time that he discovered a passion for exercise and rehabilitation. After completing his Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology, he attended graduate school at Lakehead University to further expand his kinesiology background and knowledge. The program enabled him to obtain a Graduate Diploma of Kinesiology. Patrick then became a Registered Kinesiologist through the College of Kinesiologist of Ontario in 2015. Recently Patrick has obtained his Selective Functional Movement Assessment certification through the Functional Movement Systems (FMS) and Soft Tissue Release certification (STR). Patrick has experience performing functional, strength and performance testing on a variety of client populations. He strongly believes that “Exercise is a great way to not only stay physically fit but mentally fit as well,“ and that it can be tailored and incorporated into everyone’s life.
