Mike graduated from Sheridan College with a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy in 2015, as well as a diploma in Fitness in Health Promotion at Fanshawe College in 2011. In the fall of 2015, Mike completed a course in "Assessment and Treatment of Mild Traumatic Brain Injuries and Associated Spinal Dysfunction", and plans to continue his education. He has clinical experience at Toronto Argonauts Football Club, Durham College , Be In Motion Physiotherapy, and The Elliot Sports Medicine Clinic. In these clinical
settings, he worked with patients ranging from professional athletes to the elderly population. Mike has also been a Team Therapist for many sports teams/events including the Oakville Titans Junior Varsity Football Team, Mississauga Blues Senior Men's Rugby Club, Gonzaga High School hockey team, as well as various high school hockey, football, and rugby teams within the GTA. Mike believes in "therapist to patient" education of the injury, as well as the combination of manual therapy and exercise to heal injured tissue. Mike enjoys playing hockey and snowboarding in the winter, watching hockey/baseball /football throughout the year, as well as spending time with friends and family!
