  • Meghan graduated from a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2011. She is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, and a member of the Canadian and Ontario Physiotherapy Associations. She has gained clinical experience with sports injuries, post-surgical patients, geriatric and spinal cord injury patient populations. She also has obtained her CPA Orthopaedic Division Level 1 Manual Therapy and Soft Tissue Release Training. She has a special interest in goal-oriented rehabilitation and return to sport training. Meghan enjoys participating in yoga, skiing and basketball in her spare time and believes mindfulness is an important aspect of injury rehabilitation.

  • Tim is a graduate of the Masters of Physiotherapy program at D'Youville (MPT). He is a Registered Physiotherapist and member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Tim began his academic career by completing his Honours degree in Kinesiology at York University. He also holds a degree in Geography from York. Tim has subsequently furthered his continuing education successfully completing the Level 1 Manual therapy at the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy, Part 1 of the Certificate of Anatomical Acupuncture from the Academy of Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (AFCI), Orthotic courses (Orthotic Group), Soft tissue release (Jim Bilotta), SFMA, LILT (Meditech), Shoulder Complex (APTEI), SI Course Part 1 and 2 (APTEI), and Kinesiotape course (KTA). He is also a Certified Arcon Evaluator. He is married with two beautiful children who are his pride and joy. Most importantly he is bald but is OK with it.

  • Meera is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario since 2015 and an Occupational Therapist Assistant & Physiotherapist Assistant from Humber College. She has always had a passion for health and fitness and that is what motivates her to help her patients. She believes in maintaining a healthy life style by eating right and exercising on a daily basis. She has a keen interest in performing mobilization on patients struggling with activities of daily living. Meera has expertise in analyzing and treating musculoskeletal conditions; conservative management and post operative rehabilitation. She is eager to expand her professional knowledge base and is always looking forward to taking various continuing education courses. She also does Yoga to gain a better co-ordination between her mind and body. In her free time she enjoys dancing, spending quality time with her family and friends. Gardening is something she has recently gained a fondness for.

    Meera Senjaliya, Registered Physiotherapist

  • Bill is both a Massage Therapist, registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and an Acupuncturist. He is a graduate of the Sports Injury Program at Sheridan College and has over 18 tears of experience working with Sports Injuries, including 8 years as the Head Athletic Therapist at Seneca College in Toronto. He received his Diploma in Acupuncture and Doctorate in Alternative Medicine in 1999 from the Open International University of Complimentary Medicines & Medicina Alternativa. Bill is currently an instructor in the Massage Therapy Program at Ontario College of Health and Technology, having 10 years of experience teaching various modules in Massage Therapy and Acupuncture. Bill has been a member of the Restore Physio team for over 3 years, practicing both Massage Therapy and Acupuncture here in Oakville as well as the sister clinics in Burlington and Hamilton.

  • Mike graduated from Sheridan College with a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy in 2015, as well as a diploma in Fitness in Health Promotion at Fanshawe College in 2011. In the fall of 2015, Mike completed a course in "Assessment and Treatment of Mild Traumatic Brain Injuries and Associated Spinal Dysfunction", and plans to continue his education. He has clinical experience at Toronto Argonauts Football Club, Durham College , Be In Motion Physiotherapy, and The Elliot Sports Medicine Clinic. In these clinical settings, he worked with patients ranging from professional athletes to the elderly population. Mike has also been a Team Therapist for many sports teams/events including the Oakville Titans Junior Varsity Football Team, Mississauga Blues Senior Men's Rugby Club, Gonzaga High School hockey team, as well as various high school hockey, football, and rugby teams within the GTA. Mike believes in "therapist to patient" education of the injury, as well as the combination of manual therapy and exercise to heal injured tissue. Mike enjoys playing hockey and snowboarding in the winter, watching hockey/baseball /football throughout the year, as well as spending time with friends and family!

  • Megan graduated from Sheridan College in 2015 with a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy. She has clinical experience at the University of Toronto-Mississauga (UTM), the Toronto Football Club Academy (TFCA), Rosedale Wellness Centre and Centennial College. In these clinical settings, she had the opportunity to work with patients ranging from professional athletes to the elderly population. Megan also has experience working a wide range of sporting events including the Ontario Winter Games, the National Tae Kwon Do Championships and the Run for the Road Marathon. She believes in a full body treatment approach and feels as though rehabilitation of the part should not be attempted without treatment of the whole. In her free time, Megan enjoys strength training, yoga and spending time with her friends and family.

  • Patrick moved from Milton to the Thunder Bay area after being accepted into the Kinesiology program at Lakehead University. During that time, he played varsity soccer for four years and devoted much time to academics and volunteer opportunities. It was during this time that he discovered a passion for exercise and rehabilitation. After completing his Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology, he attended graduate school at Lakehead University to further expand his kinesiology background and knowledge. The program enabled him to obtain a Graduate Diploma of Kinesiology. Patrick then became a Registered Kinesiologist through the College of Kinesiologist of Ontario in 2015. Recently Patrick has obtained his Selective Functional Movement Assessment certification through the Functional Movement Systems (FMS) and Soft Tissue Release certification (STR). Patrick has experience performing functional, strength and performance testing on a variety of client populations. He strongly believes that “Exercise is a great way to not only stay physically fit but mentally fit as well,“ and that it can be tailored and incorporated into everyone’s life.

  • Amanda graduated from Sutherland Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2004. Amanda has year of experience in prenatal, MFR, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue and hot stone massage techniques. She has a passion for health and wellness and applies general and advanced techniques to help with recovery from injury and preventative and ongoing care. Her goal is to create the safest and most effective massage treatment for each client based on their health and personal goals.

    Amanda Hutcheon, Registered Massage Therapist

  • Lyndsay is a proficient RMT who began her training at Ontario College of Health and Technology where she developed her skills in orthopedic assessments, myofascial release, joint play, deep tissue massage, and hydrotherapy. Lyndsay is comfortable treating a variety of every day aches and pains as well as sport-training injuries. She knows massage therapy plays an important role in attaining and maintaining good quality of every day activities. She also understands the importance of proper training techniques as well as injury prevention, rehabilitation, and strengthening through massage therapy, as she has experienced it all first hand. Outside of the clinic Lyndsay is an avid athlete participating in sports such as softball, ice hockey, and touch football. She is active in Krav Maga and she currently holds a title of "Candidate Master of Sport" for competitive Kettlebell lifting as well as achieved several metals in her lifting career. Lyndsay is passionate about massage therapy and the holistic benefits it has on athletes in the progression of their training and on people in everyday life. She looks forward to expanding her skills and gaining more hands on experience with complimentary modalities to massage.

  • Oleksiy Gulenko; also known as "Al" is a graduate of Ontario College of Health and Technology. In addition to being an RMT, he is a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and a former Orthopedic Doctor from Ukraine. He used to work at hospitals and sport injury clinics treating the patients and developing injury prevention programs. Besides the conventional Western medicine, he studied Japanese culture and oriental approach to health and healing. His treatment is a unique combination of techniques based on his experience working in Orthopedic and Sport injury clinic and spa setting. He performs : General Swedish Massage, Trigger point Therapy, Myofascial Techniques, Deep Tissue Massage, Sport Massage, Strengths and Stretching, Joint mobilization technique, Relaxation massage, Fujii-Seitai therapy and Acupuncture.
